It’s that time to prepare for our 2022 Autism And Us Beautiful Faces Calendar!
Our 2020 Calendar was such a hit, we decided to do it all over again!
Our 2022 calendar will be dedicated to and will only include individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. What a great way to help spread awareness and those beautiful faces by sharing it on a calendar that many people can use. You or your loved one can be included. How great is that???
To include yourself or your loved one with autism, please complete the form by clicking the link below. If you have more than one individual on the spectrum that you would like to include, you will have to fill the form out again (one person per submission and photo). *Please be sure to read the consent box and check before submitting.
Please note: Photo’s should be of one person only. Parents we know how much you love your babies but this calendar is for them to shine and should only include a single picture of them. If you are an adult on the spectrum the picture should only be of yourself.
The deadline for picture submissions is November 13, 2021. No photos will be accepted after that date. The calendars will be available for purchase by December 4, 2021.
**Photos may need to be resized or cropped to fit calendar layout
All information must be included in the form. Only submit a head shot photo of your loved one or yourself.
We are no longer accepting submissions for our 2022 Calendar. Please check back for our 2023 Calendar submissions next year!
